Synopsis

It’s 14th Century London and Queen Rat is assembling an army to take over the city and make herself Lord Mayor. Fortunately, Fairy Bowbells is out to stop her plans and, in the penniless Dick Whittington, she finds the hero London needs! With the help of his cat, Tommy, Dick finds himself thwarting her plans… but Queen Rat won’t be defeated easily!
